Hotel Offers for the EC Judo Veterans 2008 - Prague 13-16 November 2008.
This year the EC Veterans spreads over 3 days of individual competition plus 1 day team event. Organizers are offering choice of special room rates in both official hotels, LUNA and DUO:
· Full Period Package: To encourage participation in the team championships. New competition rules enable unlimited number of teams and athletes to take part.
· Fan Club: To support participation of accompanying members, as referees, team leaders, physio, video, etc. and also family members, fans.
The best choice: Full Period Package / 5 nights, 12 -17 November.
This offer covers the whole period of individual and team competition. Rates per person in double room, B§B, full period 12 -17 November:
3* Hotel Luna: Athletes § coaches 195 €
4* Hotel Duo: Athletes § coaches 290 €
Priviledged prices for the Fan Club, per person / night:
25 € Hotel Luna in double room
39 € Hotel Duo in double room.

Included : buffet breakfast, transfers from the point of arrival to official hotels in Prague, transfers between hotels and competition venue. Free entry to competition arena for the Fan Club, ID cards will be issued for the Fan Club as well.
Room Rates per Night / athletes § coaches with access to the mat.
No switch is possible from the Accreditation rate to the Fan Club rate from one day to another.
Please note: No accreditation will be granted without accommodation in the official hotel for both, individual and team competition.
Final Entry - Forms No. 3 and No 4.
Section Officials / Function:
1. Indicate COACH with that person only for whom you request accreditation with access to the mat. In this case the Accreditation room rates apply.
2. Referee, Team leader, Physio, etc. – indicate function. Supporters, family members, etc. – indicate Fan Club. For all this participants the Fan Club room rates apply.
Section Competitors:
For competitors the Accreditation room rates apply for the whole Championships, individual § teams.
Note:
Inscription for individual and team competition must be entered into JUMAS exclusivelly by national federation. Forms No.3 and No.4 provide neccessary data for organizers only.
Hotel Reservation and Payment:
The room reservation and payment can be done through the national federation or directly by groups or by individual participants:
- please use exclusivelly the Forms No. 7 a) or 7b), and
- indicate the same name of the delegation (group, person) in both, the Reservation form and bank transfer document.
